 The Mount Lehman Community Hall is in the rural community of Mount Lehman 4 miles Northwest of Abbotsford. It is the centre for many activities such as the Annual Fall Fair, the Halloween Haunted House, the Canada Day festivities, weekly Line Dancing, a drop-in Moms & Tots group, and is the meeting venue for several local clubs . There is an adjacent sports field with a baseball diamond and tennis courts. There is ample parking, in a large paved lot behind the hall.
The hall is available for rent for weddings, parties and other events. Some restrictions apply to young people’s parties (i.e. the rental agreement must be undertaken by someone who is aged 25 or older, and there is an extra charge for Security Personnel to ensure that the event remains orderly.)
There is a medium-sized kitchen and we do not require that you use a specific caterer as many other halls do. You may cater for yourself or use a caterer of your choice. A liquor license is required if alcohol is to be served.
Tables and chairs are provided, and there is a wedding arch that can be easily installed and decorated. The hall is bright and clean, and comfortably seats 115 people – more if the event does not include alcohol. We offer a variety of rental options depending upon the day of the week and type of event.
